Larissa started out summer swimming at a young age, but decided to try club swimming after being inspired by Michael Phelps’ 8 gold medals in the 2008 Olympics. While in high school, she qualified for USA Speedo Sectionals as well as YMCA Summer Nationals. After high school, Larissa continued her swimming career at Cleveland State University and swam predominately Freestyle events.
Larissa also enjoyed the coaching aspect of swimming and helping others achieve success in the sport. She coached various levels including USA club swimming, Masters, High School and DIII college.
Larissa is excited to work on the SLAF team and combine her interests of marketing and analytics with the sport of swimming!
