Swim Like A. Fish is a leading educational platform helping swimmers, coaches, and triathletes improve technique and performance through expert-driven content. We’re looking for a talented Long Form Video Editor to join our creative team and bring our video content to life.

Job Summary:
As our Long Form Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for editing educational YouTube videos and other digital content from raw footage into polished, engaging final products. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain brand voice, pacing, and instructional clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form videos (3–20 minutes) for YouTube and other educational platforms

• Organize and manage raw footage, audio, graphics, and assets

• Enhance visuals with transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design

• Maintain brand consistency and visual style across all edits

• Collaborate with content creators to execute the vision of each project

• Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently with minimal oversight

Requirements:

• 2+ years of video editing experience (YouTube editing preferred)

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity

• Ability to work with screen recordings, voiceovers, and coaching footage

• Experience editing educational or instructional content is a plus

• Knowledge of competitive swimming is required
