This course is tailored to swimmers that already know how to swim an entire lap of Backstroke. You don’t have to be a competitive swimmer to want to improve your technique! Our goal is to take your current technique and rebuild the foundation, so you have a FASTER and MORE efficient Backstroke by the end of the 90-days!

Take your Backstroke to the NEXT LEVEL with our 90-day plan! Our goal is to improve your speed and efficiency in Breaststroke, by breaking down the stroke and focusing on 5 different aspects: body alignment, kick, pull, rotation, and tempo. Every day for 90 days, we have written a daily set that you can add into your already structured training plan. Each daily set will take you less than 10 minutes to complete. Each set is written with a specific goal and focus in mind. With a test set at the beginning of each focus and at the end – you’ll be able to measure your progress as you advance through the 90-day plan! The biggest key with our program is consistency – so get ready to buckle down for 90-days to see some RAPID improvements in your Backstroke!
