Avid gym goer, but rarely swim? Looking to improve your efficiency in the water - then this course is for you. This course is tailored to the functional athlete, who has some experience with on-land actitives but very rarely anything in the water. We'd love for you to be water comfortable when you start this course, but that is not a requirement. That will obviously make your rate of improvement that much quicker though if you are!
