our swim coach mentorship program

At SLAF, we offer different mentorship opportunities with some of the BEST coaches to ever step foot on the pool deck. Combining your passion for coaching with their success stories, let’s elevate the sport together!

When I was a younger coach, I knew I needed a confidant, someone I could ask questions to. Finding a mentor was imperative. I wanted to step onto the pool deck with someone I knew and trusted, so I could mold myself into the coach I aspired to be.

There’s something transformative about finding that mentor and observing them in their element. You witness how they interact with their athletes, and you’re able to ask immediate questions about their decisions and methods. Like why did they write 3 workouts for one single practice. All these questions are impactful and fosters significant growth.

Unfortunately, not everyone has the luxury of relocating across the country to visit other coaching programs for these interactions. That’s precisely why we’ve launched our mentorship program. We have multiple Olympic coaches on staff who are eager and willing to assist you on your coaching journey. Let’s face it, we all have a deep love for swimming and a shared desire to help our swimmers achieve success. So let us help you make that happen.

If you have any questions about our mentors and which mentorship package would be best for you, feel free to send us an email and we’d be happy to answer any questions!
