VIRTUAL training for swimmers

Train with us from anywhere in the world and we promise to make you stronger, more flexible, and explosive with our virtual dryland training for swimmers.

what is VIRTUAL TRAINING?

Virtual training is online-based, remote training for individuals and groups. Our virtual training classes are composed of dryland, mobility, and strength & conditioning components. Each class is structure to you or your groups needs and goals. Most of our classes run for 60-minutes, but depending on your age group – we can always adjust the time to your current schedule and training plan.

All of our classes are conducted via Zoom and recorded, so don’t worry if one of your swimmers has to miss a session. Leave the programming, coaching, or seasonal progression to us – we’ve got you covered from start to finish!
