At Swim Like A. Fish, we understand that not all swim coaches have expertise in land-based training methods. As Dryland training continues to gain importance for swim clubs, we’ve developed comprehensive 4 and 7 Month Dryland Season Plans to assist you in this endeavor.

Course Duration

Includes: A 7-Month Dryland Progression, 140 Prescribed Dryland Workouts, 40+ Exercise Videos with Instructions, and Training Load Recommendations.
