1.) CAMP OVERVIEW:
Camp Details:
1.) Technique Focus
Learn and refine the key skills that win races—explosive Top Starts, efficient Backstroke Starts, and fast, controlled Flipturns, Open Turns, and IM Transition Turns. We’ll focus on power, positioning, and maintaining momentum through every wall.

Swimmers will be filmed and coached in real time with immediate feedback on deck. If parents would like a copy of their swimmer’s video, just let us know before camp starts so we can save it.

We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up designed to activate power and support strong starts and turns.
5.) Camp Challenges & Races
Fun, competitive challenges throughout the camp to apply new skills in a race setting.
6.) Q&A with Coaches
Time to ask questions and get direct feedback from Head Coach Abbie Fish.
