How to Swim a FASTER Breaststroke in 90-Days!

This course is tailored to swimmers that already can swim one lap of Breaststroke legally. Our goal is to take where your current Breaststroke is today and make it BETTER in 90-days. You don’t have to be a competitive swimmer to take this course, you just have to be a swimmer that’s willing to learn – kind of like a dog willing to learn new tricks.

Take your Breaststroke to the NEXT LEVEL with our 90-day plan! Our goal is to improve your overall speed in Breaststroke, by breaking down the stroke and focusing on its’ 5 different aspects: body alignment, kick, pull, pull-out, and tempo. Every day for 90 days, we have written a customized set that you can add into your already structured training plan. Each daily set will take you less than 10 minutes. Each set is written with a specific goal and focus in mind. With a test set at the beginning of each focus and at the end – you’ll be able to measure your progress as you advance through the 90-day plan! The biggest key to our program is consistency – so get ready to buckle down for 90-days to see some RAPID improvements in your Breaststroke!
