This course is tailored to any swimmer who already can complete a lap of Butterfly. Our goal is to take your existing Butterfly stroke and make it more efficient and FASTER for you. Learn all the key components to a great Butterfly, along with rebuilding the foundation of your stroke.

Take your Butterfly to the NEXT LEVEL with our 90-day plan! Our goal is to improve your overall speed in Butterfly, by breaking down and focuses on 5 different aspects of Butterfly technique: body alignment, kick, pull, breathing, and tempo/timing. Every day for 90 days, we have written you a customized set that you can add into your already structured training plan. The daily set will take you less than 10 minutes to complete and is written with a specific goal and focus in mind. With a test set at the beginning of each focus and at the end – you’ll be able to measure your progress as you progress through the 90-day plan! The biggest key with our program is consistency – so get ready to buckle down for 90-days to see some RAPID improvements in your Butterfly!
