The goal: turn technique into real speed.

Camp Details:

1.) Technique Focus

Get ready to dive deep into Sprint Freestyle (50 & 100 events). This camp is built to refine every detail—from bodyline and kick to high-speed arm mechanics, breath timing, and holding a fast tempo under pressure. We’ll also sharpen underwaters and breakout transitions so you carry speed into every stroke. Coached with a proven sprint Freestyle progression, adapted to each swimmer’s age and ability level.

2.) Video Analysis (Done at Camp)

Athletes will be filmed and coached in real time, with immediate feedback and adjustments on deck. If parents would like a copy of their swimmer’s video, just let us know before camp starts so we can save it for you.

3.) Custom Drills & Skill Work

Swimmers will work through a SLAF’s Freestyle drill progression tailored to their current level—designed to build speed, efficiency, and race-day execution.

4.) Dryland Warm-Up

We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up focused on power and fast-twitch activation, helping translate strength into speed once athletes hit the water.

6.) Sprint Challenges & Races

Expect fast-paced challenges and race simulations throughout the camp to apply new skills in a fun, competitive environment—your athlete will be working hard and having a blast.

7.) Q&A with Coaches

Get direct access to Head Coach Abbie Fish for questions on sprint freestyle technique, training, racing strategy, and mindset.
