[Video Analysis]–How to Swim Breaststroke

Welcome Back to part III of my series on the Breaststroke Pull! This week I put together a video analysis of the Breaststroke Pull, so you could see how to swim Breaststroke in real-time.

If you haven’t read Part I or II, I definitely recommend that prior to watching the analysis. Here are the links: Part I, Part II.

Also, keep in mind we will be moving to Breaststroke Kick in our next series–which is the *more* crucial part of the Breaststroke stroke as its’ responsible for the majority of the speed generated during the stroke. Be sure to stay tuned!

Watch the analysis here:

Until Next Time,
